VISION:
DIA-CoE MZU will emerge as a centre of excellence by conducting directed research in advanced technologies for defence & security related, and will endeavour to become world leader in identified areas of R&D.
Objective of this centre is to undertake and facilitate multidisciplinary directed basic and applied research in the identified research verticals:
- Management of Agro Bio-resources
- Environment & Waste Management
- Post-harvest management
- Advanced Electromagnetics and high frequency electronics design system
- MEMS based sensor design for specific application
DIA-CoE, Mizoram University will collaborate with the academic researchers &faculties, incubation center at MZU and other institutes in the country, industries and DRDO laboratories and other scientific/industrial research laboratories for creating new knowledge and translating them into cutting-edge technologies for defence.
